YC/T235的本部分规定了切削加工件的线性和角度尺寸一般公差的极限偏差值与形状和位置一般公差值。
本部分适用于切削加工件。
本部分规定的一般公差仅适用于位于切削加工形成的尺寸。其他,例如:
---毛坯件上,由切削加工形成的面与一个未加工面之间的尺寸一般公差按毛坯件公差标准(如GB/T6414-1999、GB/T12362-2003等)的规定;
---型材(例如扁棒料或圆棒料)上,由切削加工形成的面与一个未加工面之间的尺寸一般公差按型材公差标准的规定;
---焊接接合件上,由切削加工形成的面与一个未加工面之间的尺寸一般公差按焊接接合件一般公差标准的规定。

Scope

This part of YC/T 235 specifies the limit deviation values of the general tolerances of the linear and angular dimensions of the machined parts and the general tolerance values of the shape and position. This section applies to cutting parts. The general tolerances specified in this section apply only to dimensions formed by machining operations. Others, for example:
　——On the blank, the general tolerance of the dimensions between the surface formed by cutting and an unprocessed surface is in accordance with the blank tolerance standards (such as GB/T 6414-1999, GB/T 12362-2003, etc.) regulations;
　——on profiles (such as flat bars or round bars), the general dimensional tolerance between the surface formed by cutting and an unmachined surface is in accordance with the provisions of the profile tolerance standards;
　——on welded joints, the dimensions formed by cutting The general tolerances on dimensions between the machined surface and an unmachined surface shall be in accordance with the general tolerance standards for welded joints.
