Scope
This standard specifies the network structure reference model, basic functional requirements, certification requirements, synchronization requirements, and interface requirements of the AN system for the 800MHz/2GHz cdma2000 digital cellular mobile communication network broadcast multicast service (BCCMS) (second phase) access network (AN) , equipment performance requirements, environmental requirements, power supply and grounding, operation and maintenance (O&M) requirements, etc. This standard applies to broadcast multicast access network equipment based on the first phase of 800MHz/2GHz cdma2000 digital cellular mobile communication network high-speed packet data (HRPD) and based on the second phase of 800MHz/2GHz cdma2000 digital cellular mobile communication network high-speed packet data (HRPD) .
