本标准规定了统一IMS会话边界控制设备的会话边界控制设备的功能要求、协议要求、接口要求、安全要求、性能要求、操作维护管理要求、可靠性要求等基本要求。
本标准适用于统一IMS网络中作为固定接入的媒体/信令流代理设备。不适用于其他类型的边界网关类设备，如互通会话边界控制设备（I-BGF）等。
Scope
This standard specifies basic requirements such as functional requirements, protocol requirements, interface requirements, security requirements, performance requirements, operation and maintenance management requirements, and reliability requirements for unified IMS session border control equipment. This standard is applicable to border control equipment that is connected to fixed equipment in a unified IMS network and completes the functions of media flow proxy and signaling flow proxy. It is not applicable to other types of border gateway equipment, such as interworking session border control equipment (I- SBC).
