本标准规定了通信设备进行可告性试验的一般原则、程序和度验方法。本标准适用于预期寿命服从指数分布或近似指数分布的，以平均故障间隔时间（MTBF）为指标的通信设备在研制、生产和现场使用中有关的通用可靠性统计试验。不适用于环境应力筛选和可靠性的增长试验。

Scope

This standard specifies the general principles, procedures and test methods for reliability testing of communication equipment. This standard is applicable to general reliability statistical tests related to the development, production and field use of communication equipment whose life expectancy obeys exponential distribution or approximate exponential distribution, with mean time between failures (MTBD) as the indicator. It is not applicable to environmental stress screening and Reliability growth test.
