6.1.1 Wireless access success rate

This indicator is calculated by multiplying the three-level success rates: RRC connection establishment success rate × NG interface connection success rate × QoS Flow establishment success rate. Typical measurement formula:

RRC success rate = RRC.SuccConnEstab / RRC.AttConnEstab ×100%

gNB devices need to report RRC.AttConnEstab (number of attempts) and RRC.SuccConnEstab (number of successes) every 15 minutes.


6.3.1.4 MIMO Cell PRB Utilization

Innovatively introduces space division factor calculation:
