接入网用光纤带光缆是一种新型结构的光缆，国外已广泛应用，国内已有很多厂家生产该结构的光缆，但尚无统一的国家标准和规定，本标准的制定和实施将为该类型光缆产品提供统一的技术依据。本标准参考国际电工委员会标准IEC―60794―1（1996）《光缆 第1部分：总规范》、IEC―60794―3（1998）《光缆 第3部分：管道、直埋和架空光缆一分规范》。本标准编制方法符合相关国家标准的要求。YD/T 981―1998《接入网用光纤带光缆》总标题下，包括以下三个部分：第1部分《骨架式》、第2部分《中心管式》、第3部分《松套层绞式》。本标准的附录A是标准的附录。
Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, structure, marking, delivery length, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation, as well as installation and operation requirements of central tube type optical fiber ribbon communication outdoor optical cables for access networks. The optical cables specified in this standard are suitable for use as optical communication transmission lines in outdoor feeders and wiring of access networks, and can also be used for lead lines.
