Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and contract (or order form) content of tungsten top plate products for ion source arc chambers. This standard is applicable to tungsten bars or tungsten slabs produced by the powder metallurgy sintering method, which are used as tungsten roof products in the ion source arc chamber after rolling and machining.
