Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of silicon, manganese, phosphorus, iron, copper, cobalt, magnesium, aluminum, zinc and chromium in refined nickel using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. This method is suitable for the analysis of silicon, manganese, phosphorus, iron, copper, cobalt, magnesium, aluminum, zinc and chromium content in refined nickel. The measurement range of each element is shown in Table 1.
