1. Chemical composition control
The standard constructs a complete quality control system through main component + 26 impurity indicators:
- The residue method is used to calculate the main component content (100% minus the total impurities)
- Specially control corrosive impurities such as fluoride (≤0.01%) and chloride (≤0.001%)
- DMC insoluble matter index (≤0.05%) to ensure electrolyte compatibility
2. Special detection methods
Fluoride detection case: Using the ion selective electrode method (Appendix A), the detection limit is 0.0005%, and TISAB buffer is required to eliminate ion interference.
