本标准规定了热镀用锌合金锭的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于钢材热镀用锌合金锭。本标准中锌铝稀土合金类热镀锌合金锭牌号等同采用ASTM B 750-2003《热浸镀用锌５％铝铈合金锭的标准规范》标准，锌铝合金类热镀锌合金锭牌号修改采用ASTM B 852-2001《薄钢板热浸镀锌用连续热浸镀锌及锌合金的标准规范》标准。
本标准代替YS/T 310-1995《热镀用锌合金锭》。
与YS/T 310-1995相比，本标准主要有如下变化：
———本标准取消了原标准中的锌铝铅合金类，在原标准基础上增加了锌铝合金类、锌铝锑合金类、锌铝硅合金类。
———本标准对热镀用锌合金锭的化学成分进行了调整。
———新增了单重分别为380kg±50kg、8kg±2kg等多种规格的热镀用锌合金锭。
———新增了检验项目的规定。
———对取样数量进行了调整。
———取消了YS/T 310-1995《热镀用锌合金锭》附录A、B、C 规定的分析方法，改为按GB/T 12689-2004《锌及锌合金化学分析方法》的规定进行。
———新增了第8章“订货单（或合同）内容”。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of zinc alloy chains for hot-dip coating. This standard applies to zinc alloy coatings for hot-dip steel.
