1. Product classification system
The standard divides beryllium sheets into three categories:
- Circular sheets: diameter ≤100mm, thickness 0.02-1.5mm
- Rectangular sheets: maximum length of 200mm, with finer thickness classification
- New semicircular ring sheets: arc length ≤270°, filling the gap in special shapes
2. Key Performance Indicators
Typical Case: Beryllium windows for nuclear industry must meet the following requirements:
- Density ≥ 1.84 g/cm³ (GJB 2513 test)
- Leakage rate of 0.1 mm thick sheet ≤ 3×10-7 Pa·L/s
- When Be content ≥ 98%, impurity Fe must be ≤ 0.1%
