Chemical Analysis of Molybdenum Alloys

本标准规定了钨钼合金中钼含量的测定方法。
本标准适用于钨钼合金中钼含量的测定。测定范围:20%~80%。
本标准代替YS/T 508-2006《钨钼合金化学分析方法EDTA 容量法测定钼量》(原GB/T 3825-1983)。
本标准与YS/T 508-2006比较,主要有以下变动:
———在“3试剂”中增加了过硫酸铵、硝酸、盐酸、铬黑T 及其配制方法、溴甲酚绿乙醇溶液的配制方法和要求;
———将原溶液质量体积浓度单位“%”修改为“g/L”;
———将“3.17硝酸铋标准溶液”中硝酸加入量由50mL 增加至80mL,即将溶液中硝酸介质的浓度由约0.2mol/L 提高至约0.3mol/L;
———考虑样品溶解时间,将“4.1”中“过100目(149μm)”改为“过125μm(120目)”;
———如果将溶解样品放置到冷却,溶液将全部结晶,不利于试验操作,故将“5.3.2”中“冷却”改为“稍冷”;
———将5.3.2中“边搅拌边滴加10mL~15mL 氢氧化铵(3.4)”改为“边搅拌边滴加10mL~15mL 氢氧化铵(3.4)至溶液清亮”;
———将5.3.7中“稍冷”改为“冷却”;
———对标准中的公式进行了规范化的修订,增加了相关说明,消除了原公式中的歧义;
———增加了前言、精密度及质量保证和控制内容。

This standard specifies the method for determination of molybdenum content in tungsten-molybdenum alloys. This standard is applicable to the determination of molybdenum content in tungsten-molybdenum alloys. Measuring range: 20% ~ 80%.
