Scope

This section specifies the method for determining the moisture content of carbon materials used for aluminum. This section is applicable to the determination of the moisture content of medium-temperature cathode pastes in carbon materials for aluminum, as well as the determination of the moisture content of bottom carbon blocks, prebaked anodes, and side carbon blocks. Measuring range ≥0.20%.
