Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and order form (or contract) content of titanium tetrachloride. This standard applies to titanium tetrachloride produced by chlorination and refining processes using titanium-rich materials such as rutile and high-titanium slag as raw materials. This product is suitable for the production of titanium sponge and related chemical products.
