本标准适用于电解铝生产中以重油、煤气、天然气为供给能的铝液保持炉的热平衡测定与计算。

Scope

This standard specifies the thermal balance measurement and calculation standards, equipment conditions, thermal balance measurement conditions, measurement items and methods, heat balance calculations, thermal efficiency and main technical indicators of the aluminum liquid holding furnace for electrolytic aluminum production, as well as heat balance measurement analysis and improvement suggestions. This standard is applicable to the thermal balance measurement and calculation of aluminum liquid holding furnaces that use heavy oil, coal gas, and natural gas as energy supply in electrolytic aluminum production.
