Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, order form (contract) content, etc. for silica powder. This standard applies to silicon powder produced by crushing and sieving industrial silicon produced by smelting carbonaceous reducing agents and silica in submerged arc furnaces, and is mainly used as raw material for the production of polysilicon.
