档案著录标准化是实现档案工作现代化的基础之一。为建立健全我国医药档案统一的检索体系，开展档案的报道与交流，充分发挥其在我国医药事业中的作用，依据GB3792．5—85《档案著录规则》1．3条规定的原则，特制订本细则。本标准适用于医药档案的著录。我国医药行业系统的党务、政务、会计档案的著录亦应参照使用。本标准不包含医药档案目录的组织方法。

Scope

Standardization of archival description is one of the foundations for realizing the modernization of archival work. In order to establish and improve a unified retrieval system for China's medical archives, carry out the reporting and exchange of archives, and give full play to their role in China's pharmaceutical industry, this document is specially formulated in accordance with the principles stipulated in Article 1.3 of GB 3792.5-85 "Archival Description Rules" The fine print. This standard applies to the description of medical archives. The description of party affairs, government affairs, and accounting files of my country's pharmaceutical industry system should also be used with reference. This standard does not cover the organization of medical archive catalogs.
