本标准自实施之日，代替YY 91046-1999、YY 91100-1999。
本标准是对 YY 91046-1999《医用低速离心机》及YY 91100-1999《高速冷冻离心机》的修订，本次修订中将上述两标准的内容合并编写。
本标准与原标准相比主要变化如下：
——增加了低速冷冻大容量离心机的有关内容；
——电气安全通用要求，原标准执行GB 9706.1，现改为执行GB 4793.1;
——增加了特殊安全要求，执行GB 4793.1；
本标准规定了医用离心机产品的分类、要求、试验方法、标志、标签、使用说明书、包装、运输及贮存要求。
本标准适用于医用离心机的设计、生产与检验。
本标准不适用于超速离心机（转速高于30000r/min）。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for medical centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as centrifuge) products. This standard applies to the design, production and inspection of medical centrifuges. This standard does not apply to ultracentrifuges (speed higher than 30000r/min).
