Scope
This standard specifies the terms, definitions, composition, requirements and test methods for oral X-ray digital tomography equipment. This standard applies to photography equipment, which is used by medical units for oral and maxillofacial tomography. This standard does not apply to imaging photography equipment that uses image intensifiers as receiving devices.
