1. Mechanical performance requirements

The newly added radial compression strength indicator is calculated by the formula S=F/d. When testing, please note:

  • The specimen preparation needs to be wrapped according to the standard process of 6.5.3
  • The transition area should avoid the high tensile stress area
  • The test speed is strictly controlled at 20mm/min

2. Curing characteristics control

Dual requirement system:

Powder type: Curing time 4-15min, must not be soft within 24h after curing

Viscose type: Curing time 2-15min, temperature peak ≤39℃ (avoid scalding risk)
