Scope
This standard specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings of climbing pole foot buckles (hereinafter referred to as "foot buckles"). This standard is applicable to the foot buckles used for climbing electric poles (or wire poles) in the electric power, communications, radio and television and other industries. It is not applicable to the foot buckles used for climbing wooden electric poles.
