As the key component specification for the open deck drainage system of steel ships, this standard is based on the evolution of the flange standards CB/T 4196-2011 and GB/T 2501-2010, and specifically strengthens the zinc layer protection requirements (CB/Z 343-2005) for seawater corrosion environment.

Material Technical Requirements

The body is made of Q235A carbon steel (GB/T 700-2006), the short pipe needs to use 20# seamless steel pipe (GB/T 8163-2008), and the combination design of brass nut (H63) and steel stud effectively solves the electrochemical corrosion problem.
