本规程适用平城镇公用设施和工业企业中一般给水排水工程钢筋混凝土水池的结构设计，不适用于工业企业中具有特殊要求的钢筋混凝土水池设计。

Scope

This regulation is applicable to the structural design of reinforced concrete pools for general water supply and drainage projects in urban public facilities and industrial enterprises, and is not applicable to the design of reinforced concrete pools with special requirements in industrial enterprises. This procedure is formulated based on the principles stipulated in the current national standard "Code for Structural Design of Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Structures" GB 50069.
