Scope

This procedure applies to the design, construction and acceptance of newly built, renovated and expanded building water supply and drainage, industrial water supply and drainage, municipal water supply and drainage, fire water supply and drainage and air conditioning drainage pipeline projects. Pipeline projects for transporting fluids such as gas, air, oil and steam may also adopt this procedure as needed, and shall also comply with relevant standards in this field.
