Scope

This general rule applies to the seismic design, isolation design and quality control of construction projects in areas where the seismic fortification intensity is not greater than 9 degrees (the design basic seismic acceleration value is not greater than 0.40g). The basic principles, principles and methods of antimicrobial seismic design in Chapters 1 to 6 of this general chapter can also be used as a reference for the seismic design of other civil engineering projects (such as bridges, hydraulic structures, etc.).
