本规程适用于新建、扩建、改建工程中的下列场所：
1 建筑面积小于500m2的小型歌舞娱乐放映游艺场所（歌舞厅、茶楼、保健中心、网吧、酒吧等）；
2 建筑面积小于1000m2的商业设施；
3 建筑面积小于500m2的生产作坊；
4 层数不大于三层的旅馆、招待所；
5 饮食建筑的主、副食热加工间；
6 居住场所。

Scope

This accumulation is applicable to the following places in new construction, expansion, and reconstruction projects: 1. Small singing, dancing, entertainment, and entertainment venues with a building area of less than 500m2 (song and dance halls, teahouses, health centers, Internet cafes, bars, etc.); 2. Commercial facilities with a building area of less than 1,000m2 ; 3. Production workshops with a building area of less than 500m2; 4. Hotels and execution offices with no more than three floors; 5. Main and non-staple food hot processing rooms in catering buildings; 6. Residential places.
