Scope

This regulation is formulated to make modular water treatment systems safe, reliable, economical, practical and easy to manage. This regulation applies to the design, construction and operation management of modular water treatment systems in new, rebuilt and expanded small and medium-sized centralized water supply and recycled water deep treatment projects. When using modular water treatment systems, in addition to complying with the provisions of this regulation, they should also comply with the provisions of the current national standards.
