Scope

This standard specifies the definition, classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of steel mesh skeleton plastic (polyethylene) composite pipes. This standard applies to composite pipes for transporting hot and cold water, drinking water, urban gas and special fluids (including industrial wastewater, corrosive gases, solid powders, etc.) inside and outside cities and buildings. This standard specifies similar plastics other than polyethylene (PE) and can be implemented as a reference.
