本标准为首次制定。 本标准的编写主要参考了GB/T18742.1—2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统第1部分:总则》、GB/T18742.2—2002《冷热水用聚丙烯管道系统 第2部分:管材》等标准,同时参考了GB/T18475—2001《热塑性塑料压力管材和管件用材料分级和命名 总体使用(设计)系数》、DIN8077:1999《聚丙烯管(PP)PP-H100、PP-B80、PP-R80尺寸》、DIN8078:1996《聚丙烯管(PP)1、2和3型 一般质量要求 检验》等标准的部分内容。 本标准规定了纤维增强无规共聚聚丙烯复合管的材料、使用条件级别、产品分类、管系列S值的选择、要求、卫生要求、试验方法、检验规则等。 本标准适用于建筑物内冷热水管道系统,包括工业及民用冷热水、饮用水和采暖系统等。
本标准不适用于灭火系统和非水介质的系统所用的管材。


Scope

This standard specifies the materials, usage condition levels, product classifications, pipe series S value selection, requirements, hygienic requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings for fiber-reinforced random copolymer polypropylene composite pipes (hereinafter referred to as F-PPR pipes) , packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to hot and cold water pipeline systems in buildings, including industrial and civil hot and cold water, drinking water and heating systems. This standard does not apply to pipes used in fire extinguishing systems and systems with non-aqueous media.
