本标准规定了液化石油气钢瓶热处理工艺、设备等基本要求,热处理工艺评定程序及质量检验等。本标准适用于正常环境温度(一40℃~十60℃)下使用的,水压试验压力不大于3.3MPa,公称容积小于240L可重复充装液化石油气的钢质焊接气瓶。本标准代替CJ/T 33-1999(ZBJ 740 06--89)《液化石油气钢瓶热处理工艺评定》
本标准与CJ/T 33-1999(ZBJ 74006---89)相比主要变化如下:
—适用范围包括了按GB 5842-1996《液化石油气钢瓶》、GB 15380-2001《小容积液化石油气钢瓶》,GB 17259-1998((机动车用液化石油气钢瓶》等标准制造的所有可重复充装液化石油气的钢质焊接气瓶。
—增加了“热处理工艺规范的选择”(见标准第4章)。
—增加了“不允许使用煤直接作为燃料的煤炉进行热处理”的条款(见标准5.1.5).


Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the heat treatment process and equipment of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, heat treatment process assessment procedures and quality inspection, etc. This standard is applicable to refillable liquefied petroleum gas refillable steel welded gas cylinders used under normal ambient temperatures (-40°C ~ +60°C), with a hydrostatic test pressure not greater than 3.3MPa and a nominal volume less than 240L.
