Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and abbreviations, materials, classification and structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of monolithic cast reinforced nylon pipes and fittings. This standard applies to monolithic cast reinforced nylon pipes and fittings used in water supply projects where the pipeline working pressure is not greater than 1.6 MPa and the working temperature is not greater than 80°C. When the ring stiffness meets the design requirements, single cast reinforced nylon pipes and fittings for drainage projects may refer to this standard.
