Introduction

Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution

This standard replaces the 1993 version of CJ/T 3014. The main technical upgrades include: the protection level of the drive device is increased to IP55, new technical requirements for thickness bars and guide tubes are added, and the service life of the whole machine is clearly defined as ≥15 years, etc., reflecting the industry's technological transformation from simple sludge scraping to efficient thickening.

Analysis of implementation points

Case: The XNJ 12-ZL model was used in the transformation of a 12m thickening tank in a sewage plant. The sludge concentration was increased by 18% by optimizing the cross-sectional area of the guide tube (3.5% of the tank area). The drive device uses a WP worm reducer to meet the 8000h trouble-free requirement.


Quality Control System

Key Control Points: Weld flaw detection level 2, paint film thickness underwater ≥240μm, spindle verticality φ10mm. Type inspection must include a 72-hour load operation test, and noise control ≤75dB(A).
