1. Composite coding structure
Take CB01 work type code as an example:
- 01-14: Corresponding to the work type stipulated in Article 3 of the Copyright Law
- 99: Reserving legal expansion space
2. Dynamic compatibility mechanism
The document type code (CA04) is set to 99-other code to solve the compatibility issues of new digital identities (such as blockchain DID)
Implementation suggestions
- System connection: Preferentially use CA03 organization code as the unique identifier of the organization
- Data verification: Forcibly associate CB10 rights ownership code with CA06 copyright owner category
- Extension principle: New codes must maintain a 4-digit identifier structure to avoid conflicts with existing codes
