Standard Background and Industry Significance
This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Publications Distribution to formulate unified technical specifications for bundling machines in the publishing industry. With the improvement of the efficiency requirements for publication logistics, the 2012 version of the standard adds environmental smoke exhaust and digital precision control requirements on the basis of JB/T 3790.1-2004.
