Introduction

Standard Background and Industry Value

This standard was issued by the General Administration of Press and Publication in 2012, filling the gap in equipment standards in the field of publishing and logistics. The drafting units include leading enterprises such as Xinhua Wenxuan and China Publishing Group, integrating professional technologies in both the publishing and logistics engineering fields.

Analysis of implementation points

Shelf selection case

When a provincial Xinhua Bookstore logistics center uses pallet shelves, it is necessary to verify: single-layer load 1000kg, elastic deformation ≤3‰, and aisle width meets the turning radius of the forklift (recommended ≥3.5m).

Turnover box application specifications

For textbook distribution, oblique plug-in turnover boxes are recommended, and the size should preferably be 400×300×230mm series. Pay attention to checking the measured value of the side wall deformation rate (the vernier caliper measurement deviation should be <1%).

Standard evolution suggestions

The current standard needs to be supplemented with: ①Special shelf parameters for automated stereoscopic warehouses ②Environmental protection material requirements ③RFID technology interface specifications. It is recommended to update the pallet specifications with reference to ISO 6780 "Universal flat pallet".
