1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements and methods for filing of records and archival arrangement of national construction of key project (hereinafter referred to as project).

This standard is applicable to compilation of records on completion, archival arrangement and completion archives acceptance of new construction, extension, renovation and technical renovation of national construction of key project, and it may also apply as a reference for other construction projects.

The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections), or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply to this standard. However parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the normative documents indicated below. 3 Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.

construction project

unit having independent organization form administratively for which uniform accounting is carried out economically, which is constructed according to an overall design and composed independently during the activity where building, installation, etc. form fixed assets
