Scope

This standard applies to in-use vehicles of Class M and Class N equipped with gasoline-fueled ignition engines and with a maximum design speed equal to or greater than 50km/h. This standard also applies to in-use vehicles of Class M and Class N equipped with ignition engines powered by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas (NG), with a maximum design speed equal to or greater than 50km/h.
