本文件规定了纸面石膏板单位产品能源消耗(以下简称“能耗”)限额的技术要求、统计范围、计算原则和方法、节能管理。
本文件适用于以脱硫石膏为主要原料，以天然气或液化石油气为燃料的纸面石膏板企业生产单位产品能耗的计算与考核，以及对新建及改扩建项目的能耗控制。

Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation principles and methods, and energy conservation management for the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") of gypsum board. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption per unit product of gypsum board enterprises that use desulfurized gypsum as the main raw material and natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction and renovation and expansion projects.
