Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical range calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit of the integrated circuit packaging process (excluding the test process). This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption per unit product of integrated circuit packaging enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new and expanded projects. This standard does not apply to integrated circuit module packaging, smart card packaging, and memory card packaging enterprises.
