本标准适用于上海各级旅游管理部门主办或纳入旅游管理部门管理的企事业单位及社会组织等机构在上海举办(主办或承办)的旅游节庆活动。

Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements for preparatory preparation, on-site management, performance evaluation, quality assurance and grading of tourism festival activities. The requirements of this standard apply to tourism festivals held (sponsored or undertaken) in Shanghai by enterprises, institutions, social organizations and other institutions sponsored by the tourism management departments at all levels in Shanghai or managed by the tourism management departments.
