Scope

This standard specifies the energy-saving management requirements and energy-saving operation measures for the energy-saving operation and management technical requirements of air conditioning systems (hereinafter referred to as "systems"). This standard applies to centralized and semi-centralized air conditioning systems (excluding direct expansion air conditioning systems) with vapor compression cycle chillers (heat pumps) units with electric drive compressors in general industrial and civil buildings in Shanghai. Special air conditioning systems can refer to this standard for implementation.
