Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for engineering inspection, engineering monitoring, engineering maintenance, engineering repair, dispatching and operation, safety and emergency management, and file management for reservoir engineering operation. This document is applicable to large and medium-sized reservoirs with a certain basin area and flood control tasks in the hilly areas of our province, and is a reference for the operation and management of small reservoirs. The engineering inspection, monitoring, maintenance and other work of concrete dams shall comply with the relevant provisions of SL 230 and SL 601.
