为做好水工建筑物的抗震设计,减轻地震破坏及防止次生灾害,特制定本规范。适用范围:1)主要适用于设计烈度为6、7、8、9度的1、2、2级的碾压式土石坝、混凝土重力坝、混凝土拱坝、平原地区水闸、溢洪道、地下结构、进水塔、水电站压力钢管和地面厂房等水工建筑物的抗震设计。2)设计烈度为6度时,可不进行抗震计算,但对1级水工建筑物仍应按本规范采取适当的抗震措施。3)设计烈度高于9度的水工建筑物或高度大于250m的壅水建筑物,其抗震安全性应进行专门研究论证后,报主管部门审查、批准。
Scope
It is mainly applicable to the seismic design of hydraulic structures such as roller tracks, underground structures, water intake towers, hydraulic power station penstocks and ground powerhouses of levels 1, 2 and 3 with design intensity of 6, 7, 8 and 9. When the design intensity is 6, seismic calculation is not required, but appropriate seismic measures should still be taken for level 1 hydraulic structures in accordance with this code. For hydraulic structures with a design intensity higher than 9 or with a height greater than 250m, their seismic safety should be specially studied and demonstrated, and then reported to the competent authorities for review and approval.
