Scope

This standard specifies the general principles for the operation and maintenance of computer monitoring systems (monitoring systems for short) in large and medium-sized hydropower plants. It stipulates the operation, troubleshooting and daily maintenance, technical transformation and technical management requirements of the monitoring system. This standard applies to the operation, maintenance and technical management of computer monitoring systems in large and medium-sized hydropower plants. The centralized computer monitoring system of cascade hydropower plants and hydropower plant groups can be implemented as a reference.
