本标准规定了高压电气设备从设计选型和审查、监造和出厂验收、安装和投产验收、运行、检修到技术改造的全过程绝缘监督工作内容。对分析评估、告警制度和资料档案提出了具体要求。
本标准适用于电网企业、发电企业及重要电力用户的高压电气设备绝缘监督。
对于进出口设备的绝缘监督，参照本标准执行，具体监督项目和试验标准可按合同规定执行。
其他电气设备可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the entire insulation supervision work content of high-voltage electrical equipment from design selection and review, manufacturing supervision and factory acceptance, installation and commissioning acceptance, operation, maintenance to technical transformation. Specific requirements are put forward for analysis and evaluation, alarm systems and data files. This standard is applicable to the insulation supervision of high-voltage electrical equipment for power grid enterprises, power generation enterprises and important power users. For insulation supervision of imported equipment, refer to this standard. Specific supervision items and test standards can be implemented according to the contract. Other electrical equipment can refer to the implementation.
