Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the performance and structure of automation components in hydropower plants, as well as corresponding inspection rules and relevant requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to the configuration selection, design, handover and acceptance, and product design and manufacturing of automation components used in hydropower plant units and their auxiliary equipment and public equipment throughout the plant. When using this standard for tidal power plants, regulations regarding the use environment requirements should be added.
