Scope
This standard specifies the emergency response preparation for unit distributed control system (DCS) faults in thermal power plants, on-site emergency response principles and operational processes, as well as the preparation procedures and formats of emergency response plans. This standard is applicable to the emergency handling of equipment failures such as thermal power generation unit decentralized control systems, digital electro-hydraulic control systems (DEH), turbine emergency trip systems (ETS) and other equipment failures and guidance on the preparation of failure emergency handling plans.
