Scope

This standard specifies the three-phase voltage imbalance evaluation indicators, methods, conditions and processes for users' access to power systems and public grids. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the three-phase voltage imbalance at the public connection point using the negative sequence component of the fundamental wave under the normal operating mode of the AC power system with a nominal frequency of 50Hz. In other cases, please refer to the implementation. This standard does not apply to instantaneous and temporary three-phase voltage imbalance problems.
