Introduction
Standard Framework and Technology Evolution
DL/T1619-2016 is the first technical standard for filter bags of bag dust collectors in my country's thermal power plants, filling the gap in standards for flue gas purification in the power industry. The standard is based on the GB/T1.1-2009 specification, integrating the requirements of multiple industry standards such as JBT11261-2012 and HJ/T327-2006, and reflects the development achievements of high-temperature filter material technology after 2010.
Filter bag classification system
| Type | Specification | Equivalent diameter deviation | Typical application |
|---|---|---|---|
| Circular filter bag | Equivalent inner diameter × effective length | ±5mm(≤180mm) | Mainstream pulse dust collector |
| Oval filter bag | Equivalent inner diameter × effective length | ±8mm(>180mm) | Special airflow conditions |
| Square filter bag | Long diameter × short diameter × effective length | ±10mm | Back-blowing dust removal system |
Key technical requirements
5.1 Filter material performance
The standard clearly requires that the filter material must comply with the provisions of JBT11261-2012, and the key indicators include: Continuous use temperature ≥190℃, Breaking strength ≥800N/5cm, Air permeability deviation ≤15%. In actual applications, composite filter materials such as PPS/PTFE/glass fiber should be selected according to the characteristics of the coal.
5.2 Sewing Technology
A case study of a 600MW unit shows that the service life of sutures recommended by the standard (breaking strength ≥40N) is increased from 2 years to 4 years compared with ordinary aramid thread. Key parameter requirements:
- Needle distance: 25±5 stitches/10cm
- Suture width: 14±1mm
- Vertical deviation ≤1%
Innovation in inspection methods
Appendix AD of the standard systematically specifies the inspection method for key dimensions of filter bags for the first time:
| Inspection items | Instrument | Sampling quantity | Accuracy requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inner circumference of thick straw | Tape measure + steel ruler | 10 pieces/batch | ±1mm |
| Model pad groove depth | Vernier caliper | 5 points/sample | ±0.02mm |
| Effective length | Laser distance meter | 5% batch | ±3mm/8m |
Implementation suggestions
Selection and design stage
It is recommended to give priority to circular filter bags with an equivalent diameter of ≥160mm, and its semi-circumference tolerance (±5mm) is easier to ensure sealing. For high-sulfur coal flue gas, PTFE coated filter material + stainless steel 301 expansion ring combination should be selected.
Operation and maintenance phase
Establish a three-level sampling inspection system based on Articles 8.3-8.5 of the standard:
- Before storage: 100% check the density of thick straw (≥0.32g/cm³)
- Before installation: 30% sampling test the suture strength
- During annual inspection: measure the effective length attenuation at a rate of 5%
