Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Core chapters | Key technical points | Control level |
|---|---|---|
| Project supervision organization | A registered equipment supervisor is required to implement the chief supervision engineer responsibility system | H point |
| Quality control point | Set up four types of control points S/H/W/R (on-site supervision/stop work for inspection/witness/document) | S/H point |
| Steam turbine maintenance | The axial clearance of the high-pressure cylinder assembly needs to be measured (≤0.05mm) | Point W |
Key technical requirements
Typical control case: Adjustment of the clearance of the steam shaft seal of the high-pressure cylinder requires double verification:
- Lead wire measurement (S point mandatory on-site supervision)
- Re-measurement with dial indicator (H point cannot be crossed)
Standard allowable deviation: radial clearance ±0.03mm, axial expansion clearance ≥2mm
Implementation suggestions
1. Preparation of supervision plan should include:
- Special control plan for steam turbine/generator based on Appendix A
- Make a monitoring plan according to Appendix B (e.g., high-pressure rotor must be pumped out at S point)
2. Document management According to the requirements of Appendix E:
- Retain the original of the daily supervision report (for long-term archiving)
- Electronic archiving of non-conformity reports
